Experience with service rep was good. Tech was not.

Richard is amazing when it comes to the customer as well as all that work in that department. Check out person, Bella, is on her game, very quick to answer any questions or find me the answer and is extremely friendly and courteous. I enjoy each time I have to get work done cause I know it will be right or Richard will fix it for me. Bella will be her same great personality self.

I recently purchased a new 2026 Buick GX from Dough Henry Buick GMC, Inc. in Goldsboro, NC, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service I received—especially from Sales Professional Brandy Van Horn. Buying a new car can feel overwhelming under the best of circumstances, but navigating this process after the passing of my husband Gordon, who always handled our vehicles’ care and decisions, added an emotional layer I wasn’t sure I was ready for. Brandy met me exactly where I was—with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. She listened closely, never rushed me, and offered guidance when I needed it. Her calm presence and expertise made all the difference as I weighed my options between trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. I felt supported, respected, and never alone in the process. My husband and I previously purchased our 2019 Buick Sport Touring from this same dealership and continued servicing it there, so returning to Dough Henry Buick GMC felt like the natural choice. This experience reaffirmed why. The consistency of care and professionalism is truly exceptional. I would like to thank Brandy, for helping me take this step with confidence and peace. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was very nice. I did not feel pressured into buying something that would not meet my needs or desires. I would definitely return to Doug Henry in Goldsboro NC again for another vehicle. The sales rep explained everything in detail and asked if we had any questions.

For more than two years, Shawn Hicks, has offered his assistance in trading my 2015 Buick Enclave for an upgrade. For sentimental reasons, I was not ready. One day while there for a service appointment, I saw a Buick Enclave Avenir, and I think I fell in love with it but still--for sentimental reasons was not ready to trade. Saturday, January 10, my daughter and I rode through just to see what was on the lot, and after a 2nd ride through, we came back, saw Shawn on the lot, expressed interest in the new vehicle, and later left with the 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. I appreciate the patience, professionalism, courtesy, customer care attitude, and knowledge level that Mr. Hicks demonstrated during the transaction. I will certainly recommend Mr. Hicks and Doug Henry Buick to my family and friends.

All repairs completed and finaal price was lower than originally estimated

Delores was extremely nice and helpful and the repair technician noted an issue that would have been problematic later. The repairs needed were not warranty covered and I am completely satisfied with the repairs. My only issue is the amount of labor fees charged. I understand overhead and budgeting but some fees simply become absurd.

The service team at Doug Henry always provides excellent service. They had me in and out in less than an hour and a half. Friendly and courteous.

A two hour wait for an oil change is a bit much.

I dropped my car off the night before and they got me done that morning. I did have to call around 2 to see if my car was ready. My appointment was at 8 am that morning but all and all I was happy with them

This was my first "free" oil change for my 2024 Buick Envision. From the scheduling of the appointment to the final exit at the dealership I was treated with nothing but respect. Often times a woman is made to feel inferior when dealing with auto dealers but I can say that this was not the case at Doug Henry's - even from the date of purchase! Thank you to the service department for a great experience!

Very informative,I don’t drive 5000 miles in 6 months now so not sure what to do.I used to drive more so was just looking at miles and didn’t notice date in time to receive first free oil change.Now I know to always watch date and not go over 6 months.Thanks for coupons.
