I arrive and Steve was busy but the other person (a lady) was on her cell phone typing/doing something. I had to inform her I had an appointment for an oil change. Also the customer wait area carpet is beyond being cleaned. It’s very, very nasty.

Went to the Dealership without an appointment because engine light came on. Was immediately attended by Service Person, Tyler. He was very polite, courteous, and helpful. Within 2 hours of dropping my vehicle, I received a phone call from Tyler giving me and answer for reason why my vehicle engine light came on. Superb service, these folks are absolutely great.

The people are very friendly. When I first checked in, the service rider seemed overwhelmed because there were several appointments for the same time when I brought my truck in for my oil change appointment. When I told him I had to wait for my truck to be finished he had warned me that I may be there for a while due to the volume of appointments they had that morning. However, because I had to wait on my truck to be finished they moved my appointment ahead of others so that I didn't have to wait so long. I really appreciated that because I was taking time out of my workday to have that done.

Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and early afternoon was called that the vehicle was ready for pickup. They also contact me and called my attention to wear on the inside of my tires. While they had the truck for service items they also completed an alignment and still finished my truck by early afternoon. Everything was great.

Very informative,I don’t drive 5000 miles in 6 months now so not sure what to do.I used to drive more so was just looking at miles and didn’t notice date in time to receive first free oil change.Now I know to always watch date and not go over 6 months.Thanks for coupons.

This was my first "free" oil change for my 2024 Buick Envision. From the scheduling of the appointment to the final exit at the dealership I was treated with nothing but respect. Often times a woman is made to feel inferior when dealing with auto dealers but I can say that this was not the case at Doug Henry's - even from the date of purchase! For more than two years, Shawn Hicks, has offered his assistance in trading my 2015 Buick Enclave for an upgrade. For sentimental reasons, I was not ready. One day while there for a service appointment, I saw a Buick Enclave Avenir, and I think I fell in love with it but still--for sentimental reasons was not ready to trade. Saturday, January 10, my daughter and I rode through just to see what was on the lot, and after a 2nd ride through, we came back, saw Shawn on the lot, expressed interest in the new vehicle, and later left with the 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. I appreciate the patience, professionalism, courtesy, customer care attitude, and knowledge level that Mr. Hicks demonstrated during the transaction. I will certainly recommend Mr. Hicks and Doug Henry Buick to my family and friends.
